Sahaja Meditation seems to increase the efficiency and sensitivity of reflector neurons. Other people are amazed when they meet someone who practices Sahaja Meditation regularly. A person who meditates regularly knows exactly how another person is feeling.

Reflector Neurons are the parts of our brain that reflect what others feel. When that reflective part is functioning, we feel sad when someone near us is sad. When that part of the brain is severely damaged, we are incapable of even recognizing pain on someone else’s face. We can’t figure out if what we are doing is helping or hurting someone else.
