Pure vibrations

Thursday, December 25th, 2008

“Pure vibrations” are what a person gives off after they are in a state of Sahaja Meditation. These vibrations affect the people around them in a positive way, automatically soothing and calming the environment.

Once we enjoy being in the state of meditation — when we regularly enjoy our own pure vibrations — we are able to stop obessing about our material and physical comforts. We are able to stop worrying.

Complete Enjoyment

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

The state of meditation is a state of complete enjoyment. The physical sensation we feel and enjoy in Sahaja Meditation is complete inner silence and physical relaxation. We also feel “cool vibrations” — a gentle cool wind blowing in our hands and over our head.

You can enjoy living anywhere - even in New Jersey

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

It is possible to live in the sometimes hectic, sometimes challenging, culture of the U.S., and not lose one’s inner balance. It is possible to find a quiet, recharging place inside, using the simple techniques of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. These techniques are always taught for free; there is never a charge.

You need a good sense of humor, and a good amount of patience, to live in New Jersey. The state has an amazing ability to confuse drivers with roadsigns and directions that are sometimes correct and sometimes not. I’m thinking of the many triangular “merge” signs that only sometimes indicate a true merge situation; entrances to major roads that have no signs at all; and police who don’t watch for drivers running red lights, but spend many hours watching road construction crews at work.

If it’s possible to live as a joyous, generous, peaceful, and peace-making person in New Jersey, then that must be ample proof that Sahaja Meditation works.

Alertness

Monday, December 15th, 2008

The state of awareness is one of alertness, but without thoughts, without effort.

In the state of meditation we can nourish ourselves and allow personal growth to occur — emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual.

Meditation does not…

Sahaja Meditation does not involve physical exercises or mental effort.

Sahaja Meditation

Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

We are in meditation when we are connected to all parts of ourselves. It is a state in which our head and our heart agree. Our choice of what we put our attention on reflects our compassion and intelligence. We can call this a state of “integration.”

The state of meditation is when we are aware of our full potential. It is the state that allows us to feel completely one with another human being: it strengthens our emotional intelligence.
