Expotentially

For some reason, Sahaja Meditation works better, and feels better, when we meditate with someone else. I have found that in a group of people, my enjoyment of the meditation is raised expotentially.
The sensitivity and awareness of someone who practices Sahaja Meditation includes knowing exactly the moment someone is worrying about something, or, conversely, the moment someone stops worrying about something and “quiets down” inside.
Sahaja Meditation seems to increase the efficiency and sensitivity of reflector neurons. Other people are amazed when they meet someone who practices Sahaja Meditation regularly. A person who meditates regularly knows exactly how another person is feeling.
Reflector Neurons are the parts of our brain that reflect what others feel. When that reflective part is functioning, we feel sad when someone near us is sad. When that part of the brain is severely damaged, we are incapable of even recognizing pain on someone else’s face. We can’t figure out if what we are doing is helping or hurting someone else.
